My customers are telling me there are many glitches to my form...I keep trying to change it to fix these but I can't see that it isn't working because it works fine for me.
Would you please test it out and tell me what else I need to fix to get this going? Thank you so much!

I went ahead and made a test submission and the form worked fine for me. I only noticed that it took a few seconds to send me to the thank you page, but I consider this normal since your form is a bit long.
Were you able to receive the submission?
Also, have your customers mentioned to you the exact issues they experience when they fill your form?
If you could provide us more details about what they're reporting to you it will allow us to further investigate the issue.

Thank you, yes I received the form submission from you, thank you! They have just been saying that it isn't pulling up all of the information - that it cuts off half way down the form - and that it isn't showing them all of the options available. Like I said, I have no issues with it - but that doesn't help me any when I would like it to be available to them to save me the gas and time to go out to every single house :)
Would you please check it on other platforms, like phones, tablets, apple products especially since I don't have any :) Thank you a million!!!! :)
