Minimum Permissions for Salesforce Integration

Is there documentation on what the required permissions are to connect Jotform to salesforce? I understand that Jotform just inserts information but it tends to be best practice to only give a connecting profile the access it needs instead of complete admin access.

We don't have specific documentation about the API, but this integration (like most third party apps that connect to Salesforce) only gives permissions to transfer data from Jotform to Salesforce. Jotform won't have direct access to your Salesforce account or to the data stored in your Salesforce account.
