    account and cancelation of monthly subscription

    I am receiving the following email yet when i try to access my account it does not recognize my email. 

    I want to cancel my monthly subscription.  

    How do I proceed?

    Hello carlos,

    Upon checking the order #INT141125-7591-96798B, I found that is it used to upgrade account with username "arqdoc". The profile email address of this account is "arqdoc.****@gmail.com".

    It seems you have successfully cancelled your subscription earlier today. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until December 26, 2014 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
