I manage a website for the charity i work for. We currently use JotForm as the "Connect with us" form. I set this up around a year ago, and as you can see the form is still live on our page.
We need to make some amendments to the form, so I logged back in to JotForm and the form isn't listed there at all. I have tried doing a "forgot password" with all the usual email accounts I could have used in case it was a different account, but none of the others were registered.
Is there a way of finding out if the form is created by a different account, and what that email is, or is there a glitch/user error that is causing the form not to appear on my list.
Many thanks

I see that there are few JotForms are associated with a guest account that is having an email id INUK@ineeds.org.uk.

You may try logging in with this email address and see the JotForms. If you want, you can register an account using the same email id or we can also move these JotForms to your account.
Also, I see another JotForm http://www.jotformeu.com/form/32592741601350 associated with other guest account. Let us know if you want to move this JotForm also.
We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Fantastic, INUK@ineeds is our admin email and is not the best to register as the Jotform owner. If it is possible to move it to the peterwhite@ineeds account, this would be very helpful.
Many thanks!

Are we able to do that with a free account? I assumed there was a limit? If it is possible, then yes please.
Thanks =)
