We are having an issue with our forms timing out and not saving data

A couple of our users have had their form time out and were not able to get back to the form they were working on to finish uploading, therefore having to re-upload all of their items again. I thought the form auto-saved every 4 seconds. I don't think it is working properly...

The form automatically saves every 4 seconds when in the form builder.  Timeouts are set by individual users browsers, this is unfortunately something we cannot control.

However, we have added a new 'Continue Forms Later' feature which is based on browser cookies, it means that user will need to use the same browser in order to access saved version of the form.  The forms data entered should be more persistent.

This should allow for your users to continue their forms even if their browsers times out.
