my form's disabled

    this is my second form and just like my previous form is disabled

    i received an email

    its said that your automatic phishing detection system has suspended my JotForm account!

    i replied the email and provided the necessary information

    but my form is still disabled, and i need to use it soon :( (i need my classmates' opinion about a class asap)

    Our phishing detector sometimes has issues with Arabic language forms, in this case it looks like it is reacting oddly to Persian.  I went ahead and activated your forms since they do not appear to be outside of your terms of use.  You should no longer have any issues using your account or your forms.  It is possible that creating new forms will cause the same thing to happen.  If it does, just let us know and we will be happy to take care of it again.

    Once you account has a bit more age there should be no issues at all.
