How can I login to my jot form account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I didn't find any account associated with americangranitedesign@yahoo.com mail ID. That might be the reason you are unable to login to the account. You can create a new account using the above mail ID to access the account.

You might be trying to access the wrong account. Do you have any form links which you created in your account? If so, you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with tracking your actual account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

We have a website set up with Jotform since 2019. I am trying to access all of the forms that we have received. We do not have another email under the account. We had Paul Bauco help us during the process.
