Jotform looks like a lifesaver. I work for a charity and we need something where cases can be referred to us via customers filling in an online form and attaching further documents. This form needs to save the attached documents to individual drop box folders, along with a copy of the completed form so that our delivery teams can review the information. We then need to be able to generate a spreadsheet/.csv of all submitted responses for analytics of the submitted data.
Can Jot form do this? Is there anywhere I can get further info on what the output to dropbox looks like?

This is our Dropbox Integration guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm.
The integration will forward a copy of the submission in PDF format along with the files that are uploaded to the form into your the Dropbox Folder, a folder which is generated based on your preferences during the integration.
