    Form PDF problem on Matrix Form Field

    I am having trouble with my pdf forms, some of the fields are duplicating and some of them are not correct. Can you help? They are 2012 Diversity Award Application both Large and Small/Meidum. I am not sure how to attach them to show them to you. The form is working fine, just having trouble with the pdf form.

    It seems that every matrix option it is either duplicating in each cell or only allowing you to enter in one cell.

    Also, will this form submit straight to jot form or will they need to email it to us?

    Hi GDMP,

    Sorry for the late response. I have taken a thorough look at your form's pdf version and even tested a sample form. I can confirm the existence of this issue, and for that, I have submitted a report ticket to notify our developers.

    You will be contacted of any updates via this thread. As for your second question, the answer is no. They would have to send you the filled out form through e-mail or any other means. PDF Forms do not have the ability to automatically send to a server.

    I am still having problems with the pdf forms and I have a new problem with the same application. A person filled out the form and when clicking on the edit link it was blank: https://secure.jotform.com/form.php?formID=11731300316&sid=182876102155188183&mode=edit

    It has no information in it, the application she filled out on the back in has some information and the person claims that she had a lot of information entered.

    Both of these problems have occurred to the same person....

    Hi,

    Your problem with the matrix fields in your pdf-converted forms has been assigned to one of our developers. We will notify you as soon as it gets fixed.

    As for your other issue, I checked the link you provided but the problem did not manifest. The form, or at least page 1 of the form, is filled out.

    Now when I click on the link it works, but before nothing showed up.

    Thanks! I will be waiting to hear on the pdf forms, our application deadline is this week so I am hoping they can have something for me soon.

    Our team is extremely busy so there is no way for us to fix the matrix problem on the PDF form in the time frame you need. You should probably use other form fields instead of matrix.
