Embedded Form: Dropdown fields not responding

    Hello,

having some issues with our integrated Jotform on a page. I've tested the direct link to the form (https://form.jotform.com/222055854602250) and I am having no issues when visiting the form directly.

    The specific page is https://www.tributecommunitiescentre.com/plan-your-visit/food-drinks/suite-catering/suites-48-hour-menu

ISSUE: essentially the drop downs under "information" (specifically the suite number, date and preferred time) are giving an error but not dropping down - The error then needs to be cleared (attached). Once it has been cleared, I'm able to select the drop down and continue.

This error only seems to be happening in Chrome - Tested Edge and that is working fine. This form has been working swimmingly up until now, so this has only been brought to our attention within the last 14 hours or so.

I've reached out to carbonhouse, but they are unable to offer any support.

    Hi William,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I viewed the form embedded on your website and I was able to reproduce the error. Can you please try to remove the form and re-embed it by copying the iFrame Embed code again from the form builder?

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi tributecommunitiescentre,

Thanks for trying our suggestion. I can see that there are other scripts on your page. Can you please try to create a new page on your site builder with only the form embedded in it to see if the Dropdown field works?

If it does, then we can confirm it's the scripts added on the same page that causes the issue. In this case, you may need to contact your host or the site builder support for assistance.

What? There's literally no other scripts running on this page. This has been working fine for over a year and now suddenly it is not. 1670515183 639209efbb6e9 639209efbb6ac Screenshot 10

Seems to be an issue with people using chrome specifically. Those who use EDGE/IE are able to do it. I really need this fixed as this is a huge inconvenience to our guests. Now that I've updated the script, clearing the errors no longer allows me to use dropdowns - now can't select any of the dropdowns.

Go ahead and close the ticket. I've fixed the issue myself by writing my own iframe code. Seems to be working as it should now across multiple browsers.
