I need help, we have not been receiving email notifications for over a week now, and all my settings are correct, we havent changed anything. please help email@example.com

I've tested your JotForm now again and I see the emails have been sent to the two email addresses.
You can also check the email history log from your account now by following the guide below :
Are you expecting emails to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org? If the test submissions emails are not received by you, request you to check in spam/junk folders and follow the steps provided in http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues as already mentioned in the other thread.
