Hi I am using the adobe muse beta3 I have used your forms on the sites and though they seem to work as I am testing them out some seem not to work as I publish the sites live. I am using 2 different forms in the sam website one in spanish and one in english I did open 2 fifferent accounts one for each as I saw that they both could not live with in the same.
Let me know what and if anything do I need to correct.

forgot to mention what isn't working is that I am not receiving the emails with the forms after filling them out.

Thanks or using Jotform!
I took the liberty of checking you account's mail logs and everything seems to be just fine. To make sure, I tried sending mulitple test emails and everything comes through ok. One thing that you could look into is your spam filters. Your email client or provider might be recognizing it as either bulk mail or spam which may be why you can't see it in your inbox.
As for having two forms on your website, that should work without any problems. I think it's strange for you not to be able to add them using the same account. I would really like to look into this further. Please send us some additional details and screen shots if possible. These would help us determine what's preventing you from doing so.
