    Submissions

    I have 2 forms.

    1 resides in a folder:

    This one in the folder  (Core Power For Life) has been working correctly, and tells me submissions, how many etc..

    except for the last 2 submissions have had just all numbers in the answer fields.

    Something wrong or am I being spammed by buttheads?

    The form outside the folder: Membership Form has had submissions but does not tell me on the submissions page how many and the monthly statement says 0.

    Something wrong?

    Hi,

    The submission on the Core Power For Life form appears to have come from a spammer, it would be convenient to add a captcha field on the form to ensure that a real person is filling out the form.  You can find the Captcha field under the Power Tools



    For the Membership Form it only had 2 submission for the month September and no recent entries. The submission quota applies to the whole account and not for every form. From what I can see on your account status the submission tracking is correct.

    There are 15 total submissions, 13 for the Core Power Life[including the most recent 2 submissions] and 2 for the Membership form which were on submitted on September 9. I made a test submissio for the Membership form you should see an additional submission which increases the total account submission to 16.

    Hi jrussell,

    Yes that is my test submission for the Membership form.

    As for the notification of Automated Recurring Billing it would be best if you get in touch with authorize.net since they handle your merchant account, they can give you appropriate solution regarding this matter. What jotform does is just transmit the credit card data to authorize.net for processing.
