It can be removed on the Form Designer but anyway, I have fixed it for you by injecting custom CSS codes. Your form should be fine by now.
I have also reported this to our developers so they can investigate this further and possibly apply a fix. I think there's indeed a problem with the cover logo that automatically appears on the form when loaded on the Form Designer.
