    Hi,

I have forms that have several email addresses attached with conditions.

They were working fine, and nothing was changed. But from about last week onwards, some recipients have reported that they are not getting the email.

    Can you help please?

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, it seems that it is still intact and works fine. I also checked the email addresses set up in the conditions, I see that they are not in our bounce list and no failed sending or errors in our mail logs.

You could see if the form had a failed submission to email using this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

Please see this guide also to avoid or prevent email bouncing related issues:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

I also see that the emails are in idrs.org.au. Please contact your email provider to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses, they might have been blocked. Please do also inform the users that the email notifications may have been moved to their spam or trash folder.

I would suggest that you see the conditions again and do a test submission to see if it's working fine in your end.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are still having problems after trying the said solutions above.

    Thank you.
