I have a jotform account and although I am able to log in, when I try to edit a form or view submissions, I seem to constantly get logged out, and then the following messageYou can't see the submission data for this form. Please login first
It also appears that my form is not working properly (or more accuratly I am not getting the usual confirmation message when I try to submit a test form). Is there something up with the service at the moment?

It appears that you have created a form using a guest account which does not have a login. Forms created under a guest account are not kept for long since they just rely on browser session and cookies. Please register for a free account to keep track of your submissions and manage your forms.
Once you get to jotform.com you should see something like this on the left side:
Just create an account and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account
