As you can see in the form here, http://www.jotform.com/form/12684221582 and in the attached screenshot, a portion of the "would you like additional cheeses?" radio button field I created is showing, and I cannot figure out why. Can someone please help me figures this out? If you need more info, please let me know.

Thank you for using JotForm.
I have cloned your form and make a small test, I just found out that there was a problem in using multiple "closed" Form Collapse Elements, you may try editing the status of all Form Collapse Element except the first one to "open" instead of close, and then check it if it displays correctly. Also I would recommend you using Page Break Element as your form is too long enough, and might loads very slow for your website or for your customers. Thank you.

You're quite welcome. It is a great product/service. Can you explain this further? Is there someone I can discuss my form with to figure out a better way to do it?

For now, we will have to wait other support teams for you to discussed with and help you find some solutions for this, I'm sure they are always open to give help.

Just been having a look at your form. Looks like you have managed to resolve this issue by yourself?
Is there anything you need any sort of clarification on?

Is there a way to set up or program the e-mail notification so that only the "questions" that are answered are displayed with their questions, and not all the other questions with blank answers? Similar to the auto hide feature under submission settings.

From my observations, this has been one of the more oft-requested features. Although there is no simple way to do this with our form builder, I think it can be done with the help of conditions to send different email alerts based on which fields would have been completed but it would only be practical for very short forms with no more than about three fields. (Imagine the amount of possible combinations of completed and uncompleted fields in forms containing more fields and you'll understand the impracticality.)

So, is there any way to make an e-mail notification look like a submission you see when you look at your account on jotform? Is there any way to use HTML to code the e-mail submission to do that? Is any of this possible as a custom solution created/provided by jotform/interlogy?

Brett, this thread is beginning to stray from its original topic.
Anyway, getting back to your penultimate post regarding hiding questions that were not anwsered by the user, I think it might just be possible for our developers to have questions without answers auto-hidden in email alerts. While pondering the issue, it occurred to me that since the questions and their respective answers are on the same row, the key was to find a way to program TinyMCE (the editor used in email alerts and other parts of the form builder) to auto-delete rows containing empty cells in the Answers column. Using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) Excel can be programmed to do this. The question is, can something similar be used in TinyMCE?

I am sorry to stray from my topic, and can start a new thread if you like. So are you saying you can make this happen for me, or that there is something I can do to make it work? Please let me know ASAP as this is critical to my work.

It's just a hypothesis of mine that it might be possible. I really don't know if it is. Only our developers would know that.
- bschwartz215Answered on October 02, 2011 at 11:52 PM
Well, if you could find out and get back to me as soon as you can, that would be great! I understand that there may be charges involved, which is fine.
Thank you for yoru time and assistance.

Can you please open a new thread for the new questions? It is very difficult to follow things when multiple unrelated issues discussed in the same thread. We also use the forum threads for bug/feature-request tracking. Thanks.
By the way, how did you fix the original problem? Did we have a bug? If we had, we can open a bug tickey.

Things seem to be ok now. is there a way to contact you directly regarding the last few posts between Wayne and myself?
- JotForm SupportNeilVicenteAnswered on October 04, 2011 at 11:26 PM
Open a new thread for the issue you were discussing with Wayne. We will alert Wayne to personally answer your questions. Other support team members may also chime in and add their suggestions so you can weigh your options and choose the one that suits you best. Thanks!
