Jotform not found - jotform disabled. How to fix it?

    Hi,

    I have just reactivated your account, which was disabled by our anti-phishing system. Do note that it will disable your account soon again because of this jotform "Contact Form with Blue Envelope Theme".

    The reason for this is that you have placed non English text on the jotform set as English which means that our system can not be too sure what you are trying to accomplish.

    Changing this is very easy and you should do it as soon as possible.

    you just reactivet my accoun why it happend again it says not foun when i want to know why it says for whishing its the second time i say i dont know what phishing is and why allways you block my account tell me why plz
