Jot Form is/was provided for People Against Litter (www.peopleagainstlitter.org) as a way for people to join this free, grass roots, people led initiative to reduce litter in our communities. PAL is neither a business nor a charity.
The form was disabled on the 28th November and I emailed to ask if it would be re-enabled come December but have had no reply.
PAL does not ordinarily attract so many 'joiners' and the 100 forms per month that you provide has been more than enough. November was an exception as PAL was featured in a TV programme for the BBC ("Don't Mess With Me" BBC1, 9.15 am Monday 24 November 2014 presented by Margaret Mountford) PAL appears at the end of the programme at around 40 minutes in, should you wish or have access to Catch Up TV or be able to go to BBC1 I Player.
Please re-instate the form as it makes it much easier both for the people joining and for myself to keep track of them. I hope you will appreciate that what I and other PALs do at our own time and expense is something everyone benefits from.

You must be referring to your JotForm account with username fsaunders which is currently on Overlimit status due to exceeded monthly submission limit for FREE subscription.
The monthly auto reset of account submissions do occurs on every 1st day of each month.
So, your submission count should auto reset back to zero(0) by tomorrow and thus will enable again your account and forms.
Please inform us if you encounter any problem on the reset, and if your account submission did not auto reset.
