Missing forms after account renewal

Hello,

I recently had my membership cancelled because my credit card on file expired. I renewed the membership and now all of my forms are gone. I had several active forms that I need to retrieve. Can you please help me with this as soon as possible?

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

I checked your account and I saw around 25 forms. We actually don't delete the forms on the account even if your account was suspended or cancelled. The forms will stay on the server but it will not be accessible for the users.

You can check your trash folder and see if the other forms were there so you can restore it. Here's a guide if you need one. (http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms)
