I recently went through the process with my IT department of placing the following domains on our whitelist:
All was good until last Friday (9/23) when I stopped receiving submissions. By any chance did any of this change? If not, do you have any suggestions on what I could do to fix the problem?

I just made a test submission using the form and it appears to work fine. The mail logs also indicates that the email was sent out.
