    Hello,

I recently went through the process with my IT department of placing the following domains on our whitelist:

    ying.interlogy.com
    monk.interlogy.com
    yang.interlogy.com

All was good until last Friday (9/23) when I stopped receiving submissions. By any chance did any of this change? If not, do you have any suggestions on what I could do to fix the problem?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

I just made a test submission using the form and it appears to work fine. The mail logs also indicates that the email was sent out.

    /tmp/logs/amazonSES.log:[1;36m29-09-2011 11:13:29[1;37m AmazonSES [1;32mSent[1;37m email to elections@co.benton.wa.us - MessageID:00000132b5bf5b78-d8ce558e-a025-4444-a5be-8a228c455867-000000/95c3bece-eaad-11e0-a5e8-75baee9ba763

Can you also add the following to your whitelist:
    yang.jotform.com
    monk.jotform.com

Here's a list of the domains that jotform uses which you might also include in the exception of your firewall:

    www.jotform.com
    max.jotfor.ms
    secure.jotform.com
    www.jotform.net
    www.jotfor.ms
    form.jotform.com

Let us know if you have clarifications.
