    Issues when downloading submissions in PDF format

    I open my submissions and click on create pdf.  nothing happens.  This also happened on Wednesday of last week.

    Could you please let us know if this happens with a specific form?
    Does this also happen when you try to export your submissions into Excel or CSV?

    I did a test on my side and was unable to reproduce the issue.

    Could you also please try to clean your browser's cache to see if this helps?

    This is happening on all our forms and with two different users. Yes we can print them have not tried to export to spreadsheet format, we do not capture them that way.

    Seems like there is definitely something wrong in your forms while trying to download submission on PDF format.  I've forwarded this to our devs so the they can further investigate

    On note aside, I found a this type of form in your account.

    Please be aware that this is illegal and we will not allow it because it's considered a phishing activity , which violates our terms of use
    Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.
    In light of this, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.

    You must refrain of making new forms like that, and delete the guilty fields on such form.

    Otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account and cancel the subscription.

    Ok,
    Didn't know that. We've been using this form is used for us to gather credit card payments from our clients for quite a while. I will look at integrating with your payment integration this week.

    Ok, in the meantime, I suggest that you delete the credit card fields from your form to avoid any issues with it.

    Regarding the reported issue with downloading submissions in PDF format, I see the thread has been already escalated to our next support level. Please allow some time for them to evaluate the issue and provide a response to you.

    I have questions on the payment integration progess. Who can I talk to at your office. We have been using this to allow our clients to make a credit card payment for their insurance premium. There are instances where they request a payment and they don't know how much they owe and we allow them to just tell us what month to pay through and then we calculate the amount to process and let them know what was processed. I don't show that this variable is possible using your forms.
    We use the form to then enter a paypal payment through the paypal virtual terminal. Any ideas on how we can replicate this using jot forms?
    I need to review all payments before they are processed and be able to have the member set the amount of the payment. Any ideas?
