We are on a starter plan and getting charged $9.95 a month.

Hello. We have a starter plan for our school PTA. At the beginning of the school year (September and October) we are enrolling new members and we may go over our starter plan numbers. I am happy to pay $9.95 for those months. However, we have been getting charged every month and I would like to go with the free plan starting December 2014 (now) until such a time when we have more activity. Will you take us off the premium plan for now?

I've canceled the subscription. I also made a refund for the latest 2 charges. Very sorry for the inconveniences.
