    Why didn't JotForm email me my order form?

    I use JotForm for my culotte website (web.me.com/momsculottes), and I have not had any problems with it until last week.

    I have a paypal button on my JotForm form, and I noticed that I received payment for an order, but did not receive an order form.

    I notified my customer, telling them that I never received an order, yet received payment.

    Today I logged in to JotForm and saw that the customer did submit the form, but I never got it through email!!

    This could cause quite a problem if this happens again or frequently.

    Please explain why this has happened.

    Hello momsculutes.

    Can you please provide the date & (rough) time when the paypal payment went through but you recieved no email confirmation of that an order/submission?

    Hello momsculottes,

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

    Can you check your spam folder if the email notification landed there instead of your inbox?  Another possible reason was that there might had some problems with our system that time as it was right after the massive DDoS attack incident we had.  Rest assured that this is now working properly.

    You guys keep saying the same thing over and over about not getting email notifs. I'd be happy if your notices just made my spam folder but they do not. I've adjusted my spam score and whitelisted your domain and STILL not getting the email notifications ever since you guys got hit with the Dos.

    Ok, I am looking at the email logs. The last one sent: Have you received the email sent to your address on 04-10-2011 03:04:59 EST?
