my forms are gone

    I did check your account but did not find any issue with that. Your account is active and all forms are already there in your account.

    It could be a browser related issue. Please clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
