I did not sign up for automatic billing? Please refund my money!!

Hi there - I paid $9.95 at the end of October for one month of a higher level of service. I did not expect that I would be charged monthly. I am a volunteer at a school who uses your site for our forms. I am done with my volunteer job and no longer need this level of coverage. Please refund the $9.95 that you charged today!
