I did not sign up for automatic billing? Please refund my money!!

    Hi there - I paid $9.95 at the end of October for one month of a higher level of service. I did not expect that I would be charged monthly. I am a volunteer at a school who uses your site for our forms. I am done with my volunteer job and no longer need this level of coverage. Please refund the $9.95 that you charged today!     Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription based service. Your subscription will be active unless you cancel it yourself.

    I have gone ahead and processed the refund for your order #INT141130-3186-62339B. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Your account is also downgraded to free plan.
