    Test Email not sending to other email address

    I've looked in the forums but really can't find a real answer. Doing the test email works. But when I send the form to another person the email doesn't go through. I've tried sending it to one of my other emails a few times and it didn't work. What do I need to do or change?

    Hi,

    The Test Email button in the form Notification Email will ONLY always send the test message to your account email.

    You will not be able to send the test email to other email address aside form your account email.

    The jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/43316099044151 should be submitted in actual for the Notifier email to reach the intended Recipient Email that was setup on the form.

    I noticed that your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/43316099044151 actually do not have any actual existing submission yet. Meaning, this form have not been submitted yet.

    The form submission email is being sent to the assigned Recipient Email address in the Notifier.

    The Recipient E-mail is the destination address of the submission email

    Thank you for your reply! I guess I need to reword my problem. When I go to Embed Form/Other Platforms/Email, it goes to a Send Invitation box. The emails that I put in the "To" box never goes to that email when I hit "send email" button. I've tried 6 different emails. And nothing...

    Hello extremedjmusic,

    Okay I have understood your question now.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have yahoo email address set in your profile which is used to send the invitation to other email addresses. Please be noted that yahoo have changed its DMARC authentication policy and that could be the reason why the emails are not being delivered. Even though Yahoo made this change internally on its side, it will affect receiving servers who respect DMARC policies, including Gmail, Hotmail, and many others.

    I would suggest you to change your profile email address or manually send the invitation form your email client. Here are the steps to change your account profile email address:

    1. Login to your account.

    2. Click on the person looking icon and then click on "Account":

    3. Click on "Profile" tab and scroll down to change the email address:
