An end user of one of our forms has informed us that she has not been able to use the DocuSign widget on the form, and has told us that instead of the username and email fields showing she sees the words "Invalid widget params" instead.
Do you know of any situation where this can occur, and how we can troubleshoot?

I also was able to see this error when I initially load your jotform http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42954027489970 in my browser.
even on the Form Builder, the widget has the same error message.
It seems there is an issue with our DocuSign Widget as of this time.
Can also try removing and adding back the widget to your jotform... try if it makes any difference.
Although I already made the same test, and it did not work on my end.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support so that they can investigate the issue with the widget.
We will notify you here as soon as we have update on the fix.
