I updated/changed the email with which I opened my jotform account. However, I continue receiving submissions to my only currently existing form at the former email address -- which is causing problems./
How do we resolve this?

You must click on "Save" button after changing the email address. Have you done that?
Can you tell me the URL of the form and the email address it is supposed send emails to?
