Can I transfer a form from one account to another?

    When our rescue first started up we had a lady build us a donation form.  Since we have changed names, and grown.  This form is on her account but she is no longer able to help us. Can I transfer it from her account to ours?  Here is the link https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/30298621401952

    Hi,

    For transfer or moving of forms from one account to another, the owner of the form should request it in our end. In that case, the Form ID 30298621401952 whose under the account username fsbrides should log in here in the forum and make the request. This is part of our security measures. I would suggest you contact the original owner to get the log in credentials of his/her JotForm account.
