Got an email saying I've over the limit, but when I pull down on "submissions" I'm not even close. Can someone help?

I am currently seeing that you are not currently over the limit on your form. I do apologize for that message being sent to you. Your account or forms have not been disabled.
You currently have 5 out of the 10 payment submissions that are provided with your free account. If you reach the limit of 10, regardless of how many regular submissions, your account and forms will be disabled.
You may want to consider upgrading your account if you will be receiving more payment submissions for the month.
