I'm integrating my survey with an API for DocuSign. When I finish taking my survey, an error message pops up (I've attached a photo of it to this ticket). I'm not sure if this is a jotform or a docusign problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to reproduce the problem on a fresh DocuSign integrated form.
Now the issue has been escalated to our Development Team.

We've fixed the bug and made significant updates to the widget
