Autoresponder Email: Change/remove email address on Reply-to email

    Will people be able to see the email I provided for Jotform? We are hoping to keep our email address private.

    Hello Rowan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can remove the Reply-to email on the Autoresponder if that is what you want to accomplish. Check out the screencast below:

    • On the orange navigation toolbar, go to the Settings tab.
    • Select Emails from the left panel.
    • Click the Pencil icon on the existing Autoresponder Email.
    • Under the Recipients tab, remove your email address on the Reply-to email.
