How to disable capturing IP addresses?

Hello, I would like to disable the feature where the IP addresses are collected, but I do not know how.

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you'd like to disable capturing IP addresses with submissions. We can only capture the IP address IF they filled out the form.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off the IP address capture. You may only uncheck that field from the submission page as shown above so that it won't appear in the reports.

• In your Jotform Tables, click the 3 dots aligned vertically.
• Click Manage Columns.
• Under the Show/Hide columns, please note that all the content from the Table View will be visible on your table screen, so basically, you need to retain the Submission IP under the Form and do not move it in the Table View.
• Don't forget to click Update.
