    Hi, Tony,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an image to a configurable list. By it's nature it does not allow for such uploads from users.

    Although;

    As a workaround including our file upload field in the form and choosing the multi upload option might be a solution that enables users to upload files based on the number of rows in the adjustable list widget.
