How do I add a FAQ page that pops up before the parent fills out the application for the form

I need an FAQ page and the Form is  the JFGP Overnight Camp Needs-Based Scholarship Application and the JFGP Day Camp Needs-Based Scholarship Application.

If you want FAQ list appear before the application form, you might add it using a Text Field. (under Heading)

Then adding a page breaker, with "Next" button

This will help you to divide the form between the FAQ and the other fields. Hope this helps.
