Although I was using Apple mail to get my Jotform emails, suddenly it doesn't recognize the password. It gives me an error message as follows: The IMAP server “box476.bluehost.com” rejected the password for user “racketspecialist”. Please help me configure successfully my apple mail.

I think this problem has to do with your own email account. JotForm simply sends you an email. It does not (or cannot) change anything about your email account.
You should probably log into the bluehost account and reset your email account password.
