Show/Hide Conditions Missing Values

Hello,

I'm working on conditions for my form and in the past I have used the Show/Hide condition and I'd select the field, the is equal to and then a drop down menu would be there that had all of values of the particular field so that I can select which item I'm referring to.

When I was working on forms today and working with conditions I get the first field box and the is equal to drop down but then I get a blank text box instead of the values on my form.  This would make sense if my field was a text option but its not.  I've tried it with radio buttons, check marks and drop down menus and my values are not appear. 

I tried just typing my value in and that didn't work either.  Any help would be great.

I could not reproduced it at this time.

I might have also misunderstood the issue, please correct me as needed and try to include screenshot also to describe more details about the problem.

I wrote where are the values where I used to have a drop down menu to choose from.  Every one of my forms I've created in the past have all lost the conditions I spent hours on setting up.

I started working on the "wording" form and I am manually typing in the value which seems to be working - but its a lot more work then what I've done in the past and I'm frustrated that I need to fix each and every form.  These all worked seamlessly for months/years and I just noticed yesterday that forms where showing fields that they should be hidden.  I don't know what is up!

I did check your form's condition and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The condition for drop down question does display the options as expected. Please check the screenshot below of your form:

Every one of my forms I've created in the past have all lost the conditions I spent hours on setting up.

You do not have to necessarily creating the conditions again. You can take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert back to an earlier version of your form.
