Sorry but I don't quite get your question. Would you mind elaborating it further?
Perhaps it is related with the limits you set on your form like "Unique Submissions". That's usually the default error message thrown once a unique question is enabled on the form. Here's a guide on how to disable that: http://www.jotform.com/help/64-What-does-Unique-Submission-Mean?
