Account Disabled

Is the 1GB of upload over the lifetime of the account, or monthly? I"ve received 1/100 submissions this month and already received an email that my account has been disabled which I can only assume is due to GB.

I rarely use jot from and certainly don't desire to pay $10 a month for a form that rarely gets used (maybe 2-3 forms submitted per month)

Is there a way to upgrade the upload space without paying a monthly premium?

Free accounts are provided with a storage space of 100MB. This limit is over the lifetime of the account. The monthly limit is applicable only for submissions and not for storage space allotted.

You can increase your submission limits for free by using our Get More feature.

But unfortunately, this is not applicable on increasing upload space. You'ld need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription in order to increase the upload space.

Please delete the submissions that are occupying space on your account so that you'll be able to access your JotForm. As an alternative solution, you may integrate Google drive or Dropbox that might help you in storing your submissions. Please refer to the following guides.
