The layout of the embedded form is different from the one in editing window

Hello,

I've build a form with this great software! But the lay-out is different on my website comparing to the jotform tool. 

Have you got any idea how I can fix this? There is a lot of white space between all the lines and the input boxes are underneath the text instead of next to it.
