"Please correct the captcha" error shown when emailing jotform

When I am trying to email the form to a client an error pops up and says please correct captcha. What is this and how to I correct it?  TIA

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

I would suggest to manually send the link to the jotform from your own email for now while our developers take a look at why this is happening.
