i am sending test emails and not getting them on my end ... worked before?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I see that the email address is in our bounce list and hence the emails are getting failed.
I've removed the email address from bounce list now. If you want to see this email history log, please refer to our guide on How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
You can also remove your email address from the bounce list by following our guide How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list

I see that the notifiers are set to send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org now. I've submitted the two JotForms on your website and see that the emails are being delivered properly to this email address.
