    If I close out and go back in, every few times I can get it to say email sent successfully but the recipient isn't getting my emails. Do you know why this could be? Thank you.

    Have you tried to clear your browser's cache?
    I've just made a test using a free account and was able to send the email successfully.

    Please try to do this and let us know if you still receive the captcha error even after clearing the cache.

    I cleared my cache and can get them to say email sent successfully, however, they aren't coming through in my email box. I'm clicking on Embed Form, Email, and it is saying sent. Not sure what the problem is...I'm sending form a Yahoo address.

     

    Is there a phone number I can speak with someone from support? I have been messing with this for a very long time, thanks.

    I see that you are sending using @Yahoo.com? Is this correct? I'm not sure if it fails if you make the "Y" a capital letter for Yahoo users. Also, I would advise that you send the form links via email using your personal email, Free accounts have a limit of 20 emails/hour inside the "Embed Form" options.

    You can just copy the direct link of the form and share it to others by sending it via your personal email. For the captcha issue, sometimes this is related to the ISP having some problems with their DNS setup, I usually get it even by just browsing to other websites, I enter a correct captcha but it says I've entered it incorrectly, here's a possible article that you can refer to.

    See if that works.
