Be aware, this feature does not work with the new Jotform Teams environments. There will be no warning given if you migrate a form using this feature into Teams.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you move a form to Jotform Teams, it will show this dialog box permitting the other members to gain access according to their permissions:

To manage the permissions, you may check our guide on How to Manage Team Members in Teams. If this is not what you are looking for, could you please provide more information about what you wanted to achieve? If the feature you are looking for is unavailable, we can forward it to our developers as a feature request. If you are an enterprise user, don't hesitate to contact your dedicated team.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we can come up with a solution.
