    Are there maximum file sizes that can be sent? I have a PDF and the Submission PDF to be sent and it is not sending? Why would that be?

    Hi Redlands Admissions,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Jotform support team. With the confirmation you have created for your form, you can attach a PDF file to your e-mail submissions. You can follow the steps below to add the PDF file;

    1. Click on the Settings tab at the top of the edit page of the form you created, and then click on Approval Flows on the left menu.

    2. Click on Create an approval flow from the page that opens. If there is an approval flow that you have already created, select it.
