Hi! Love this tool and bravo on the fitform FB integration - this is great! In fact, it's exactly what i need for our pilot team of field workers who we are rolling out local FB pages for. We are using hearsay social for this pilot (www.hearsaysocial.com)
I have developed a "quote form" and a "contact form" that I would like on each local person's page. Basically the exact same form. I looked at the tool you guys recommeded, the tabpress tool you guys recommend, but the problem is I need 2 of them in the same page, and it only allows for 1. I saw there was a multi-tab app that cost with them, but I wanted to use the money to upgrade jotform account instead.
What's great is this Hearsay dashboard tool we are using for everyone can install tab apps too, and I had them paste the FB embed code in a simple code app and it shows up perfectly. Here's my dilemma though - I need this exact form to be represented on everyone's own page, with a unique alert going to each individual's email address. So it's the same 2 forms for each, but different email addresses in the 2 forms for each person on the pilot.
Hearsay can only add the app that everyone would use - so all 10 of us would "activate" the "quote form" tab and the "contact form" tab and we would all have them pushed onto our FB page. But the alerts - how can I do this so each person gets their own alert when someone on their FB page fills out the form?
Thanks for your advice - I am killng myself to get this done tomorrow. Thanks!!

Sorry Mike about the delay in to getting this.
In trying to understand what your attempting to do.
You are aiming to use the same form on up to 10 different facebook pages, then have different people sent notification emails depending on which facebook page the form is hosted on?
I have had a think about a potential solution, you could put a hidden field into the form say 'form_id' then each place the form is hosted you could use a unique embed e.g by adding ?form_id=a_unique_handle to the end of the form embed code.
e.g the facebook embed would like something like this:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/12710415239?form_id=a_unique_handle" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:596px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Now getting out emails to different people based on where the form is hosted cant be done from JotForm.. but a potential workaround is to set up a central email account, then use a rule that recognises those unique handles for form_id and forwards the notifications to the relevant persons email address.Does that sound like a workable solution to you?
