Downgraded Account & Seeking Refund

    Hi Guys, my monthly subscription renewed today, but I did not want to do that. I have cancelled my subscription already and I would like to be refunded the amount I have have for this month. Since the renewal went through today is this possible to receive a refund since I cancelled the same day.
