Can I integrate my jotform to my Infusionsoft CRM backend?

Asked by Jared on December 06, 2014 at 11:45 PM
One last question for you regarding a long term-goal. I'm looking to build out an entire site devoted to compliance testing, where at some point I'll need to integrate form answers with my marketing/crm (Infusionsoft). I can create similar forms native in Infusionsoft, but it lacks a lot of the features JotForm includes. Is there a way for me to integrate forms into my backend CRM so that submitting a form can create a contact record that includes answers from the form?

    Hi Jared,

Yes. You can integrate the jotform to the Infusionsoft CRM with only few clicks.

To do so you will need our Infusionsoft Integration app.

If you have any questions or issues setting it up, do let us know and we would be happy to assist.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Thanks for your help Ben, the Infusionsoft plugin is just what I was hoping for.

If I can pick your brain on a related question...Is there a way to separate the First and Last name fields in the Full Name tool so that I can properly map the first name to the Infusionsoft first name field, and likewise with the last name into the Infusionsoft last name field?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Cheers!

You are welcome and I am glad that this is the case :)

Is there a way to separate the First and Last name fields in the Full Name tool so that I can properly map the first name to the Infusionsoft first name field, and likewise with the last name into the Infusionsoft last name field?

Yes, usually in the integrations when you need to get just one section of the multiple fields such as Full Name field you can get the section by adding :first and :last.

    For example FullName:first and FullName:last.

If you however have any issues setting it up, do let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi there

I've managed to get as far as setting up but when I get to the tags section it's not picking up my tags from IS so I can't finish the process.  Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

    Wishing you fabulousness!
