What is responsive form?

Responsive form design means the width of your form fields along with the layout are adjusted based on the size of the screen where the form is loaded and display it correctly. 

If you add our "Mobile Responsive" widget in your form, it will adjust the width of form fields and display them without any horizontal scroll bar.
